Eastern National’s New Learning Management System
Fiscal Year 2025 marked a significant milestone in advancing our organization’s learning culture through the implementation of our Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS). The platform provides a centralized hub for delivering, tracking, and evaluating training across Eastern National—enhancing accessibility, consistency, and accountability in training. Since launching in September, over 130 users have logged in to explore required and optional learning utilizing our introductory session and quick-start resources.
In Fiscal Year 2026, we will build on this foundation through a focused LMS Training Strategy designed to continue the optimization of our new ERP and POS systems, strengthen management development, support career mobility, enhance leadership pathways, and expand belonging and compliance resources. With Cornerstone LMS, we’re connecting people, performance, and purpose through learning, paving the way for continued growth and lasting impact in FY26.
