Eastern National Announces Retail Realignment; Prepares for Future
In 2020 Eastern National was forced to make difficult reductions and changes to our regional management structure to align expenses with reduced revenues resulting from COVID-19. Though revenue has increased throughout the 2021 summer season, we continue to navigate a nationwide labor shortage and ongoing global supply chain interruptions. To better support our field teams and begin preparing for additional capacity, EN has realigned and expanded our regional management teams.
We are pleased that Corinna Richards has returned to the role of Director of Retail – North, and Philene Paris has resumed her duties with EN as Region 8/Metro NY/Boston Regional Manager. Stacy Madalena continues supporting operations primarily in the South and National Capital Areas.
The National Capital Region welcomes new Regional Manager Gary MacKnight, who brings more than 15 years of multi-unit retail management experience to the role. Gary is based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Meanwhile, Nick Miano will relocate to the Southeast Region, where he will work alongside Becky Burke as we prepare for her retirement at the end of the year.
These are exciting first steps to increasing our field management support for Fiscal Year 2022; more information about the transition and resulting realignments will be forthcoming.
