Eastern National Announces Regional Realignment Updates
Eastern National is excited to announce the next phase in our regional realignment. This summer, we continued to reshape our regional boundaries to help shrink region sizes and create more capacity. We are also pleased to announce staff updates coinciding with this realignment.
Updates to our regional structure and boundaries:
- Region 1, previously Coastal Southeast, has been renamed the Carolinas. The Carolinas, overseen by Tripp Bates, includes sites in North Carolina and South Carolina, excluding locations in Blue Ridge Parkway or the Outer Banks.
- Region 11, previously Caribbean, has been renamed Coastal Southeast and will incorporate Florida and Caribbean national parks and public lands.
With the new regional changes, there are two staff updates:
Eastern National welcomes Philene Paris as the new regional manager of EN’s Metro New York Region. Philene comes to us from Duty Free Americas where she worked for 20 years. With a track record of increasing revenue, building teams, forming partnerships, and working with tourists, Philene is a great addition to the Eastern National team.
Congratulations to Cindy Piccolo on her promotion to regional manager of the newly re-formed Coastal Southeast Region. Cindy started with Eastern National in 2017 as EN’s Midwest regional manager. She has over 10 years of experience in business management, leading several teams around the globe. Stacy Madalena, director of retail south, says, “I’m looking forward to having Cindy as part of the team!”
