Joe Young is the Founder & Lead Partner of Old Pine Brand Co., a Philadelphia-based consultancy focused on helping brands, ad agencies, and integrated comms teams turn complexity into clarity. With nearly two decades of agency experience, Mr. Young has guided a wide range of brands and institutions across sectors including technology, finance, healthcare, higher ed, non-profits, and professional sports. Prior to founding Old Pine, Mr. Young spent nearly a decade at Allen & Gerritsen, a top-50 independent agency, where he served as VP, Business Leadership and was a member of the senior leadership team. He has also held agency roles at Cake (Havas Media) and Bandujo Advertising + Design in New York City. His work has included partnerships with mission-driven organizations, such as the Richard King Mellon Foundation, supporting brand research, strategy and reimagined identity initiatives. Mr. Young earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Ithaca College and a certificate in Brand Management from Cornell University. An Eagle Scout, he lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife, two children and their rescue pup.

Mitch Crisp

Mitch Crisp is a Certified Public Accountant and business advisor with five decades of experience in public accounting and financial consulting. He was a founding partner of a local CPA firm that grew into what is now Forvis Mazars US, one of the nation's largest accounting and advisory firms, serving clients throughout the United States and internationally. Following his retirement as a partner in 2014, he established an independent consulting practice advising family-owned businesses, with a particular focus on the construction industry. Mr. Crisp has extensive nonprofit governance experience. He served for twelve years on the Board of Smokies Life, holding every elected officer position before completing his service as Chair. During his tenure, he participated in the recruitment and selection of two chief executive officers and helped guide the organization's strategic planning and governance. His long-standing commitment to conservation and public lands has been expressed through years of leadership supporting educational and stewardship initiatives benefiting Great Smoky Mountains National Park. His additional community leadership includes serving as Chair of the local Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of a Community College Foundation, and leadership roles with Optimist International. He is also an active lay leader in the United Methodist Church, serving in finance, stewardship, and governance roles. Mr. Crisp earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Western Carolina University. He is an Eagle Scout and resides in Seneca, South Carolina with his wife DiAnne.
