Tripp, who passed away on April 27, 2020, was regional manager of EN’s Carolinas Region. He was a longtime member of the EN family—having recently marked his 20-year anniversary in 2019. Tripp joined EN in 1999 as site manager at Fort Sumter National Monument. He advanced to assistant regional manager in December 2007 and became a regional manager in January 2009.
Tripp will always be known for his dedication to EN and the national parks he served, his sense of humor, and his southern accent. EN staff came together for a virtual remembrance gathering to share stories and fond memories about Tripp. He will be missed. His family has requested that donations in his memory be made to the National Park Service.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row]
